Rachelle is an Executive Search Consultant with Oxford + Richmond. She brings 20 years of talent acquisition experience across various industries including financial services, management consulting, healthcare and not-for profit sectors. In addition to creating and leading her own retained search firm, Rachelle held senior recruitment roles that helped establish in-house executive search practices within Deloitte and Bank of Montreal. She has successfully helped build diverse, high-performing leadership teams that drive innovation and success and her passion is providing a seamless candidate and client experience.

Rachelle graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University.

Outside of work, Rachelle enjoys spending time with her Partner Neill and their 4 kids, 2 who are currently attending University and 2 who have recently graduated.
