Charlene is Oxford + Richmond’s Office Manager. She brings 30+ years of experience in office management, including full-charge bookkeeping and payroll, in the executive search, warehousing, and manufacturing industries. She is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, including the implementation and maintenance of procedures and administrative systems. Charlene has a keen eye for detail and also possesses excellent communication skills. A highly organized individual, she keeps the business running smoothly and makes sure our vendors and employees get paid accurately and on time. In her spare time, Charlene enjoys reading, planning local and far-away get-a-ways with friends and family, as well as visiting Ontario’s many wineries.
