About the Role
Modern Niagara is seeking a Mental Health & Wellness Lead to help shape and strengthen its approach to workplace mental health, psychological safety, and employee wellbeing across a growing national workforce. Reporting into the People & Culture function, this newly elevated role will lead the development and evolution of programs, education, and support strategies designed to create healthier and more psychologically safe work environments across both office and field populations.
The successful candidate will be a strategic and hands-on program leader who can assess current practices, identify gaps, and translate organizational needs into practical initiatives. They will partner closely with People & Culture, Health & Safety, operational leaders, and employees to support complex workplace challenges, build leadership capability, and advance broader priorities related to employee experience, engagement, inclusion, recognition, and organizational culture.
This is a high-impact mandate for an empathetic, builder-oriented leader who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing across a complex organization, and moving programs from concept through implementation. The ideal candidate will bring strong judgment, facilitation skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
